Del Webb constructed Sun City Shadows Hills between 2003 and 2016 with a total of 3,400 homes. Buyers can select from over 30 single-family floor plans, giving those looking for Sun City Shadow Hills homes for sale plenty of options to choose from.

These homes range from 1,099 to just under 3,000 square feet. Del Webb offers four collections including the Shadow Series, Santa Barbara Series, Living Well Collection, and Santa Rose Series. Most of these single-level, ranch-style homes include two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and attached two-car garages. Larger homes in the community feature up to three bedrooms, three-and-a-half bathrooms, and three-car garages. Some homes also offer a den or office as well as a golf cart space. Is the club membership included?
Yes. There are additional fees to attend most of the events, which will go toward the entertainment.

Do homeowners maintain the front yard?
Yes. Homeowners are responsible for maintaining their front and back yards. 

Are there rental restrictions?
Yes. No renting for less than 30 days, and the renters must be 55 years of age. 


Is Sun City Shadow Hills, 55 & Older Only?
Yes. At least 1 member of your family must be 55 years or older to live in Trilogy La Quinta. Investors under the age of 55 Plus are welcome to purchase but must rent out the property.  

 

Shadow's Restaurant
Open Monday - Sunday, offering breakfast lunch, and dinner. Located right outside the gates of Sun City Shadow Hills and available to the public. 
 
Direct access to the restaurant from Phase 1. Phase 2 + 3, simply exit the community and then access the golf center and restaurant by the sidewalk, by golf cart, or walking.

The amenities offered a Montecito Clubhouse continue into the outdoors. Offering 4 tennis courts (with lights), an outdoor pool, 5 bocce courts, 2 shuffleboard courts and a amphitheater.

Located in Phase 3, the Santa Rosa clubhouse is measures approximately 14,000 square feet adding more fitness and amenities to the community. Sun City Shadow Hills offers a wide array of golf events and activities from fun and relaxed to competitive with men and women’s clubs.
