Trilogy at The Polo Club is a gated active lifestyle community located in Indio, California. Developed under Shea Homes’ popular Trilogy brand, this community began selling in 2013 and plans call for approximately 1000 homes upon completion. The community will have a 55+ enclave within the larger, non-age-restricted community. Trilogy at The Polo Club offers sterling amenities and modern homes that Shea Homes is known for.
Trilogy at The Polo Club offers some features that are unique in the active lifestyle community sector. The development is a partially age-qualified community, making it open to any age group, with select neighborhoods being 55+.  The Trilogy at The Polo Club’s view of being in “the right place, at the right time, with the right people” is centered around the Polo Club. This 25,000+ square foot facility is meant to get all the right elements in one place.
In addition to in person tours, prospective residents can now tour Trilogy at The Polo Club virtually if they're not able to travel to tour it physically. This community now also offers Virtual Livestream Events. These events include cooking classes, wine and spirits demos, fitness and wellness events, and much more.

What are the monthly HOA dues?

The monthly homeowner's dues are $175 a month.
 
Included: Front Landscaping, Security, Green Belt Park's, Common Ground Maintenance. 
 
What is included with the Clubhouse Membership?

Access to all amenities hosted at the on-site clubhouse. 
 
Included: Fitness Center, aerobics classes, game room (golf simulator, pool, shuffleboard, poker table), leisure pool, lap pool, aerobics pool, and an art n crafts separate building near the pool area. 
 
Onsite social events are typically hosted at the ballroom upstairs, or on the greenbelt grass area in front of the clubhouse.
Club Membership

Club membership subscription is optional for homeowners. If purchasing a resale, and the current homeowners have an active social membership (which is common), then the transfer fee is approximately $1,875.
 
If the current homeowner does not have an active social membership, then the membership fee is approximately $12,000.  If buying a new home then the fee is often discounted.
 

After joining the club, an additional monthly fee of $170 a month is due. 
 

HOA Fee: $175 + Club Fee: $170 = $340 Per Month. 

On-site Restaurant "June Hills Table"


Located inside the clubhouse is a public restaurant "June Hills Table". Anyone can eat at the restaurant, including non-members.


Are there rental restrictions?


Yes. No renting for less than 30 days, and the renters must be 55 years of age (If in 55 plus area of the community). 

Is Trilogy Polo Club, 55 & Older Only?

Yes & No. At least 1 member of your family must be 55 or older to live in Trilogy Polo Club. Investors under the age of 55 Plus are welcome to purchase but must rent out the property.  
 
** There is a section of homes (250) available within the community that allows for under 55 years of living to purchase. The homeowners who live there still overwhelmingly tend to be at least 55 years of age.
